Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on our blessings from the past year and celebrate with a feast. But this Thanksgiving is different. Besides being unable to gather with friends and family, many are struggling to even put food on the table. Although we’ve made it a priority to keep our staff employed, we know that many of our employees and their families are still facing financial hardships during these tough times.

Last week, 39 volunteers came together at HUP to provide food for a Thanksgiving meal to their coworkers in need. Over the course of three days, they packed and distributed 445 bags of food.

We are so grateful to and so proud of the volunteers and all who donated. From the bottom of our hearts: Thank you. #penntogether
