The third member of the inaugural 2015 HOF class is Brenda Joyce, who played women’s basketball during the 1980’s.

During her three years with the Panthers, she achieved numerous feats, including: 

Scoring over 1,000 points for her career, finishing third in the nation in points per game in 1984-85 with 26.8 PPG, winning the NCAA DIII Performance of the Year Award, and being selected as the Player of the Year for the northeast small college division region.

Joyce was the original star of the women’s basketball team and one of the earliest stars in Purchase history! She more than lives up to her HOF nod! #FangsOut #PantherPride #BeUnstoppable
