In celebration of our 700th Instagram post we thought we’d throw it back and talk about the reason we started HBHM in the first place.

Pictured are our Co-Founders, bryankinghorn and martindickie . Both have a passion for health and fitness - specifically #running 

CBD is an ingredient that helped them both personally – Martin with improved sleep quality and Bryan with improved recovery from running. At the time there was not any brand in the UK that they really wanted to get behind and saw the opportunity to create a sustainable #health and #wellness business, primarily focused on CBD products initially. 

Healthy Body Healthy Mind is something that underpins everything we do as a business and at its core CBD can help with improving your mind and body, and so HBHM was born.
