Super proud of HBHM team member jase_donaldson - making his debut at the British Weightlifting Champs last weekend.

Here is Jason’s run-down on how it went:

“As the Championships drew near, I found myself facing a whirlwind of emotions. Excitement, nerves, and anticipation all intertwined, creating an electrifying atmosphere. The camaraderie among fellow competitors, the supportive cheers from the crowd, and the adrenaline coursing through my veins – all of it culminated into an experience like no other.

Looking ahead, I'm eagerly anticipating what's next in the world of weightlifting. The future holds endless possibilities – new goals to set, more heights to reach, and a chance to further push my limits. 

Oh, and before I sign off, there's one little secret weapon I'd like to share with you. Throughout this journey, the CBD balm and drops (but the balm!) have been my reliable companions, providing the support I needed to stay on track and recover effectively. Sometimes, a little natural help can go a long way in making progress possible.”
