We are toad-ally sad we can't hang out and have a bewitching good time together at Tempe's Annual Family Halloween Carnival. But, we've planned an eek-citing virtual Halloween costume contest with fa-BOO-lous prizes!

So dress up the kiddos, your pet and yourself and take a picture. Upload the photo and use hashtag #TempeHalloweenContest.
