Dr. Carl Clark is the CEO of the Mental Health Center of Denver. MHCD has received national and international recognition for their work on the Dahlia Center for Wellbeing in Park Hill and as an integrated mental health provider in our community. Dr. Clark has dedicated his life to this work.
