At MedStar Health, nurse wellbeing has its own program–literally. 

This Nurses Week, Crystal Morales, RN, our Director of Nursing Wellbeing, launched Scrubbed In, a new podcast on nursing wellness. The goal of the 20-minute bi-monthly podcast is to create a community of nurses by talking about some of the fun, touching, and difficult topics that affect many nurses. And, of course, to thank our nurses for all they do every day.

“It’s important that we stay connected,” says the former critical care nurse in the first episode. “We have to keep talking to each other about how we feel and how we find wellness.”
