After PERB denied a university request for immediate injunction against UAW 4811 strikes May 23 but left the request open to additional evidence, the university submitted an amended request May 29. The amended request for injunctive relief presents evidence that strikes across UC campuses have created “significant disruptions on campus, posing harm to students, faculty, and staff,” according to a press release from the UC Office of the President.

PERB denied the amended court order yesterday.
