The theme of today seems to be: “Do it despite not feeling ready.” I do not usually believe in this mentality as it tends to lead to eminent disaster or potential death. Today though, I flashed a 5.11 for the first time and recruited another member of my life tribe into the climb cult. I’m not sold on it as a life motto, but those people who say those things about just going for it have it right sometimes.
