🏢 Location: Downtown Valparaiso - Little Angels Learning Center located within First United Methodist Church
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
💼 Positions: Full-time & Part-time Toddler/Preschool Assistant Teachers
💲 Pay Range:
Assistant Teachers: $12.00/hr+ (commensurate with experience)
Lead Teachers: $13.50-$14.00/hr+ (commensurate with experience)

🔍 Essential Functions:
- Engage with the children, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Maintain a safe environment, prioritizing the safety and confidentiality of all children.
- Implement provided curriculum activities, creating a fun and educational atmosphere.
- Offer valuable feedback to parents on their child's progress.
- Follow emergency procedures and safety protocols diligently.
- Adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.

🎓 Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Previous child educational experience preferred.
- CDA required for Lead Teachers, or ability to acquire one in the first year of employment.
