🏁 Final 2 days to go! 🏁 Don't miss out on the excitement of completing all 4 stages of the Tour De Y Challenge! 🌟 There's still time to join the race and conquer every stage. 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

🚶 Stage 1: Walk or Run:
Embrace your inner athlete! Walk or run for 20 minutes, three times during the challenge. Let's keep those legs moving!
🏋️ Stage 2: Group Ex:
Dive into the fantastic world of group exercise! Attend three group exercise classes and try at least one new class to discover your new favorite workout!
🚴 Stage 3: Cycling:
Pedal your way to victory! Hop on a bike and either attend two cycling classes or bike for a minimum of 20 minutes, five times during the challenge. Feel the burn!
🏊 Stage 4: Swim:
Make a splash! Swim ten laps or attend one invigorating water fitness class. Let the water be your playground!

⏰ Remember, submit your completion slip by Thursday at the front desk to be eligible to win 1 of the 23 grand prizes!🏅 Let's cross that finish line together!
