Feel Good Friday with the #YMCAKindnessCampaign

This week, we've been inspired by so many random acts of kindness, spreading cheer around our Valparaiso community. We're especially proud to see all the children getting involved this week - instilling a sense of #SocialResponsibility in young people!

🎉 One local girl scout troop donated cookies to teachers and essential workers!
🎉 The Detraz Family wrote 'Thank You' letters to their teachers and a favorite nurse, in addition to sewing masks!
🎉 Another local girl scout group delivered a D.I.Y. Nacho Basket to their favorite teacher!
🎉 Valpo Hacks, a local club learned about the need for latex free face shields so they created their own face shields that did not require latex elastic!
🎉 The Sierra Subdivision residents joined together to help a veteran neighbor who needed repairs done to his front porch!

It has been so great to see neighbors, families, and friends working alongside each other to prove that as a community, we are #BetterTogether!
