👏Thanks to a generous grant in partnership with the Porter County Community Foundation, we are able to offer our YMCA's Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program for FREE via virtual avenues at this time. This four-month, evidence based, wellness program is designed to help those diagnosed with or taking medication for hypertension to better manage their blood pressure. 
❤️According to the American Heart Association, 1 out of every 3 adults have high blood pressure but only 52% of those individuals have their condition under control. Let us help! To learn more about the program and to enroll, please fill out our interest form by clicking the link below.
