I'm seeing a lot of content about getting refocused and back on track as we enter the second half of the year and I fully support and applaud that mindset. ⁣⁣

But I also want to celebrate those that have been committed to the plan, unafraid to pivot, who are grabbing fear by its neck and doing it anyway.⁣⁣

I simply want us to be as good at telling ourselves "great job" as we are at "go harder". ⁣⁣
