Every morning my alarm goes off (at 5:25 am 🥲) is a new opportunity to go and get it! While there are many days I'd rather press snooze, I grab my workout gear, lace up my sneakers and head out the door - nowhere near as put together as captured in the above though. 😂 #FableticsPartner⁣

As I wrap up this extended weekend and prepare for the week (and the month of June), I can't help but reflect on how much my discipline has grown. Creating stronger habits, like early morning workouts, have become a part of my daily routine and will get me further than "waiting to feel motivated" ever could.⁣
