Jenni Friedrichs knows the power of being able to bring her full self to work each day. It allows her to put her best foot forward, inspire others who don’t realize they will be accepted, and encourage allyship. Playing sports from a young age taught Jenni the strength of finding your role on a team. She passes on her life lessons to her daughters, proud to show them the importance of hard work, resilience and community.

As chief of staff for the Global PRIDE leadership team, Jenni works to ensure the community is heard. She’s active at her local HPE PRIDE employee resource group, creating engagement and emphasizing intersectionality among team members. Jenni appreciates HPE’s inclusive community where she feels supported. “It allows me to focus on the tasks at hand and not worry about saying something that would “out” me,” she says.
