There are very few moments in my life where I would define my experience as “graceful”… I tend to be the kind of person who overcommits myself and is almost always frantically racing from one thing to the next... But, every now and again, when I drop the pressure… when I let the swirling of the thoughts in my head slow down… when I tune into my breath and start to move from that place… in those moments…I get a little glimmer. Grace. Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.
