Work hard, play hard, rest hard… somehow this has become the unintentional motto I seem to live by haha I’ve always been pretty good at the first two but that rest part… well that’s taken some practice but the truth is that if I want to keep getting myself out on big adventures then I have to make sure I take care of myself.

The thing about rest is that when I take the time to do the self-care part of this equation it actually allows me to get back out and adventure sooner. In my world sore muscles are a fact of life but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing I can do about it!
