On my last video like this many of you commented on the fact that I was missing some juice so I hit the slopes this week with my favorite juice from nataliesoj . While Natalie’s blows other juices out of the water with the fact that it’s literally the best tasting juice ever (all of their juices are squeezed fresh and 5 ingredients or less), I learned that it does not, in fact, deny the laws of gravity… What goes up, must come down… luckily my jacket is waterproof but next time I go cruising around with an open juice I will definitely keep my board on the ground! haha

As most of you know, I’ve been really shifting my focus this year to being more in the moment. I had unconsciously built unhealthy habits around spending too much time on social media and, even when I wasn’t online, I noticed that thinking about social media was taking up some serious real estate in my mind. It was definitely time for a change. For me, leaning into play and lightheartedness has been one of the best ways to get more in the moment. Getting out in the mountains, being silly, and laughing has been magic for me.

What do you do to feel more in the moment?
