While I have had a home yoga practice for years now, I’ve found the reality of the studios being closed the last few months has really inspired me to step-up my consistency.  Mostly I practice at home in my bedroom or living room (depending on what part of our small apartment is available for some solitude), but there is something really nourishing about rolling out my mat in the grass by the river.

As a yogi with nearly 13 years of practice, I LOVE the feeling of my mat under my feet. It’s one of the reasons I’ve been a fan of @sanuk sandals from @zappos for a few years now- the yoga mat footbed feels like home! I’ve owned a handful of different pairs of @Sanuk ‘s sandals over the years but am definitely a fan of this style called the “Yoga Salty”. Easy to slip on, super comfortable, and a dash of fun styling makes these a winner in my book. I also love that @zappos has a ton of different colors on their website to choose from.

While I am super excited that the studios are opening back up again, I have to say I’ve really enjoyed the push to get more consistent and more creative in my home yoga practice.
