I’m not going to lie, seeing everyone’s stories with their homemade bread and other baked goods made this gluten-free girl over here a little jealous…

Most of you already know that I went gluten-free last June after being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions. As a lover of bread and all things baked it hasn’t always been the easiest transition- if you’ve ever tried to convert recipes that use regular flour into gluten-free versions then you know how hard it can be to get the right consistency, fluff, and moisture.
