If I'm being honest I avoided mountain biking for awhile... I have so many past times and favorite outdoor activities that it just seemed crazy to try to make time for one more thing. Then last month backcountry treated us a couple of days of climbing and mountain biking in Moab and I could no longer avoid the truth... Mountain biking is REALLY fun.

Since I am a complete beginner to the sport I was super grateful that backcountry came out with their own mountain biking line this year! It's been so fun to hit the trail in gear that was made for it. I opted for the ninja look in my all black Arcylon Jersey and Empire bike shorts.

There are about a million trails right out my backdoor here in Aspen so it's been really fun getting a different view of my hometown. Check out the last slide for a short video clip from my most recent ride this week!
