65 total practices (42 team specific) at Germantown Academy
12 hours of optional Speed & Agility training 
12 hours of optional additional stick work training
6 hours of optional winter training
Tournament Schedule:
1-2 in the Fall
Spring league
3-4 in the Summer including the invitation only NLF kickoff and NLF championship weekend
