Hey Wildcats! The school year is winding down and graduation is drawing near, so the time has come for one of our favorite series, #NUSoC Exit Interviews! Every year we ask some of your favorite #NUSoC seniors to share about their time at Northwestern before they walk across the stage.
_____

First up are Nozizwe Msipa and Caitlin Riley– communication studies majors and best friends since their freshman year PA group. This is their #NUSoCExitInterview.

Nozizwe says, “The best thing about the SoC by far has been the people. The worst thing...maybe trying to navigate Frances Searle! Just kidding. Seriously, the staff, faculty, and students at the School of Comm is what made my Northwestern experience top tier.”

Caitlin agrees! “I am so grateful to the SoC for defining my Northwestern experience. From the moment I met my PA group virtually to the first in-person SoC picnic, I knew SoC was special. The people really make the school. All my friends, peers, professors, and advisors make up the most interesting, intelligent, and caring community.”

“I am so grateful for all the professors I've been allowed to learn from, with such varying life experience and unrivaled pop culture knowledge,” says Nozizwe, when asked what she’s going to miss. “My advisors have always been so willing to help with whatever I need. And the students? What else can I say besides I made my best friends here. SoC 5eva!”

“The SoC also provided unparalleled opportunities, like taking me to the Sundance Film Festival! That experience along with incredible classes and career resources have made me so excited to enter the entertainment industry post-grad,” Caitlin exclaims. “Thanks to the SoC for introducing me to the best resources, communities, and people at NU!”
