“I’ve tried EVERYTHING in the past!!! Slim Fast, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, Keto, Ideal Protein, and even had weight loss surgery in 2014 at my heaviest (over 350 lbs).⁠

In 2019 I was lost, had no real direction in my life. My marriage was on the brink of divorce and we were living separately. I was drinking 2-3 bottles of wine per night and gaining a lot of weight back very quickly. I tried going back on some of the diets that I had lost weight with before but couldn't bring myself to stick to any of them.⁠

I lost over 175 lbs with the weight loss surgery and kept it off for nearly 5 years but never worked on "me" so when things got hard in my life, I knew I couldn't binge eat like I used to so I resorted to alcohol…🍷(something the doctors and nurses warn you against prior to the surgery which I dismissed because I was never really a drinker before other than social occasions.)⁠
