If I’m creepin’ it real, apple cider is great and all…but better when you mix it with brandy and top it with a little stellargirlofficial sparkling. And since I’m all in for no tricks and all treats, I added truelemon Crisp Apple (this one ain’t for just the kids). With no scary ingredients, added sugar, or artificial flavors it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser. 

FIZZY BRANDY CIDER PUNCH 

•1 Granny Smith Apple
•1 Honeycrisp Apple 
•4 Cups Apple Cider 
•3-4 packets of truelmon Crisp Apple (available at your local grocer, Amazon, or truelemon.com
•1 bottle stellargirlofficial Sparkling wine (available at stellargirl.com) or Prosecco 
•cane sugar and honey for rimming 
*cinnamon for garnish 

Using a mandoline, slice both types of apples into thin round slices and place in a large pitcher or a small punch bowl. Stir in apple cider, brandy, and packets of True Lemon. Rim your class with honey, dip in cane sugar, add ice, and pour in your cider/brandy mixture. Top with sparkling wine, give it a stir, add some apple garnish, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy!
