Respect the drip. 

What’s one thing you’ve achieved athletically, that you’re most proud of? I have a few over my many wise years: scoring 1,000 points in college basketball, competing in a bikini fitness competition, giving birth twice, and hitting another milestone on my onepeloton bike….. ride 3100. It seems like I’m always posting a new milestone, but I’m truly proud of myself for the commitment and self care I’ve given to myself over the years…and I plan on doing another 3100…so prepare to be sick of me. 

Each little milestone is sweet, but it’s even better when you and your bike look good, and feel good doing it. While there’s nothing like being soaked in sweat, I reserve that for my body and keep my third baby drenched in the best protective accessories, like the dripaccessory Spintowel.
