Taking a real leap with this Instagram post. 

What’s one thing that brings you joy that you used to dread? For me, it’s running. I straight up detested it, and probably wouldn’t have done it even if I was being chased (ok so I did run a 5K that had cupcakes and champagne at the finish line).
