Back 2 school shopping doesn’t mean just the kids get to have all the cool new stuff! 

What was your favorite part about going back for a new school year? I, of course, loved the new clothes. Laying out the perfect outfit the night before, and then not sleeping a wink because I was so nervous yet excited. But truly, is there anything better than fresh supplies and a crisp book cover? 

This is Olives first year of normalcy as she heads into kindergarten. Last year was a mess (for everyone), and when school resumed, she was only in 3 hours a day, 4 days a week. Now she’s going all in! The full shabang! No more naps #JesusTakeTheWheel. She has to follow a loose dress code: no prints, no designs, no leggings…. So we’re having fun with socks, shoes, and bows. That means moms gotta pick up the slack and rock all the prints, patterns, and spandex for the two of us! I finally caved and got the coveted $7 Corvette shirt (medium), and these snakeskin biker shorts (small) feel and fit like they should be 3x their $11 price tag. Olive picked out the cutest black and leopard hi-top Vans, so mama needed a pair of her own. And I. Am. Obsessed! 🏁 Makes me wanna binge Talladega Nights with a Mountain Dew in my hands.
