Ben was a 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 in this month’s 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 + 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 Edition. What an incredible guy! Always such a 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 attitude and has a smile on his face. To wake up every morning and tell his listeners about the negative news that’s happened the previous night can take a toll on anyone but Ben has found an outlet in 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. It has been a great way for him to reset. Currently he is training for the Boston Qualify marathon where I wish him the best of luck!
