▪️Antonio Gibson on returns today.

▪️Norwell, Schweitzer on the side, Turner still out
▪️Only two TEs with helmets today, Rogers & Wolf.  Rogers stock keeps rising
▪️Cam Sims had a day!!
▪️OLine shuffle conitinues…
Cosmi at RG, Lucas at RT
▪️Wentz looked good today
▪️Rivera was much happier with practice today as opposed to yesterday.  Too many players “taking shots” that would be game penalties yesterday.  Practice like you play.  Much better today.
▪️Rivera happy with St Juste and his new role.
▪️Rivera reminded everyone that Gibson returned kicks in college.  Sorting thru options or sending a message?
▪️Del Rio spoke, but only about football.  Likes new DL coach Zgonina and his energy.  Likes the communication on D this year. Not happy with 3rd down D this past Saturday but doesn’t want to overreact. 
▪️Percy Butler continues to get praise from teammate & coaches
▪️Payne the last man standing from the 2018 draft class.  Wow!
▪️Rivera & Co looking deep in-house for DE help.  Like Toohill & JSW.  Looking for someone else to step it up.
▪️Milne & Erickson still the top two options at returns.  Tried Gibson today as mentioned above
▪️McCain said Forrest has taken a step forward this year. Coaches have said the same 
▪️Lots of WR talent in camp.  Curious to see who sticks
▪️Del Rio talked up Jamin Davis.  Seems to be a theme.  Hopefully he lives up to it this season
▪️Commanders still short a viable 3rd LB.
Should they try to trade for Roquan Smith?
▪️Chris Paul getting more praise
▪️Jahan Dotson having a quiet camp 
No one has any doubt he’s the real deal
