We are stoked to see so many of YOU already going strong in our Rise and Run May Challenge. The goal is to get outside and move in the early morning hours every day for 31 days. Multiple studies show that just 15 minutes of time spent in nature in the morning has a huge impact on health especially improving sleep and mental health. You don’t have to run far or fast for it to count. Any morning exercise will positively impact your whole day. Share your sunrise run (or bike/walk) photos with this awesome #runningcommunity.
