It’s time to head to the mountains 🏔 
Im looking forward to lots of fun work with kodiakcakes and bowermantc athletes this next week!

Today I kicked off our #RiseandRunMay challenge by pacing a group of friends in the Eugene half marathon then turned around quickly to help a friend the last 10miles of the marathon. I’ve started strong but tomorrow I will be lucky to get in a 20min run with travel!
