## Caption

6th place in the 10k at the Track and Field World Championships Beijing China.

After dedicating myself to the marathon for the last year and a half I was nervous and excited to get back to the track, but was worried all my marathon training had eaten up any quick twitch fibers I used to have😉
Thankfully my legs came around and I closed the last lap of this tactical race in 64sec (good for me😋).
I'm hoping this track racing and training leads to a great year of marathons in 2016! 
Up next, I will be running a few road races before taking a break and building up for the U.S. Olympic Trials Marathon.
