## Caption

Especially toward the end of the year, it’s so easy to get caught up in our to-do lists, in all the things we should do or should be. But when our duties, responsibilities and tasks fill up, there’s one thing that falls by the wayside — our emotional health.

Taking the time to work on your emotional health may feel counterproductive, but it’s something that can help you tackle every other aspect of your life in a new way. You’ll find yourself being more productive, more proactive and even happier and more relaxed along the way.

As you’re planning for the year, sit down and think about the ways you can carve out a space for yourself every day, or at least every week, this year. We promise, if you make it a year-long practice, you’ll be a completely different person by 2023 — in all the best ways.
