The Holidays can be an amazing time to get together with friends and family. But it can also be incredibly difficult. When you're trying to conceive, that feels like the most important subject in the room. ⁠

Whether you're looking at your friends, siblings or cousins who seemed to conceive so easily or your great aunt is not-so-slyly asking you if you'll be bringing an extra mouth to feed to the table next year, your fertility can feel like the topic on everyone's minds. ⁠

If you're happy where you are right or it's breaking your heart, know that it's ok to feel that way. It's ok to be at whatever stage of your journey you're currently in. It's ok to not want to talk about it – you don't owe anyone your struggles, not right now. And if you are ready to talk, don't be afraid to turn to the people you love. ⁠
