Day 1 post-op ACL surgery🦿🩼

This is definitely a change of scenery for me. My usual day consists of a run and some sort of lift session or other activity. My new norm now is eat, meds, wiggle my foot, get up, lay down and repeat. So it’s going to be an interesting change for sure.
