Wow, What a way to start a new month! 

Every company creates a value system for itself, which serves as a working guide for every employee in the organization. Innovation, service, Integrity, respect and many others, are part of what forms the culture of any organization, well, at Unikke Furniture design; a premium commercial interior design company, whose passion is to create happiness for our clients or customers through making their spaces come alive by paying attention to details,  we embrace FUN as part of our culture. Our creativity is inspired by intelligence having fun. 

As much as we work tirelessly to give our client an experiential feel when they come in contact with the brand, via any touch point either on any of our social media handles or physical store, we never forget to have fun, this makes us more productive as individuals and as a company.

On the 1st June 2022, we went on a team bonding exercise – The Projects Team, the CRM Team, Design Team and all the Heads of Departments. It was fun, interactive and an educative moment for everyone. People spoke about personal experiences, skills they possess that people in the office don’t really know, we had game sessions- (kahoot, charade, monopoly, and scrabble). The two best parts of this outing was firstly,  everyone willing to let their colleagues see the other fun-loving side of them and secondly,  the good-tasty food. We all had whatever we wanted and how we wanted it. It all ended in laughter.

As employees of this wonderful establishment, we would like to appreciate the management for always creating a fun-work environment for us, encouraging team bonding which fosters great alignment between teams and making sure we have a good work-life balance as employees.
