Lauren Reins is originally from Portland. OR. She grew up by dancing competitivelv at many different studios, going to conventions and performing. At the age of 18 she was awarded a full scholarship to The Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, CA. After graduating from that program, she signed with MSA dance agency, and began her professional career. She danced with many artists, in music videos, live stage shows, and on television and film. She also studied and worked in acting and is a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild. After working as a professional dancer for nearly a decade she moved to Northern NV where she began her career as a teacher and choreographer. She also graduated with her BA in Psychology, and started a family. Her transition into the teaching world led her to get her wellness coaching certification, and Enneagram certification. She is now the Founder and Director of Motivation in Movement, a coaching practice for dancers. She helps dancers all over the world to flourish onstage and in everyday life. She continues to create and choreograph projects that share the story of what it means to be human. She is currently directing, and choreographing a doc series on Enneagram and Dance. She also teaches and runs a program at Westlake Dance Center. She takes pride in balancing her career with being a Mom to her two daughters who she constantly draws inspiration from.
