## Caption

Leo and Diego had solid runs on the mile repeats and Halvaceck Hill repeats.  Leo led the way with 3 times up the hill, while Diego made it 2 1/2 times.  The rule is that you can sit on the bench after you make it up ten times.  At this rate, these two will safely be sitting on the bench as early as September. "Safely" because they build volume slowly to avoid injury.  SLOW is PRO.
