As this month comes to an end, we want to shout out our January Recreational Student of the Month, Sofia! Sofia Palermo has impressed us with her artistry, leadership and dedication over the past month. Sofia is a level 5 dancer and works her hardest in every class. She is a very smart dancer, making her a great role model for her peers to come to when they need help in rehearsals or class. She makes corrections promptly and pays close attention to details in choreography. Sofia is a bright personality in every class. Her open mind and desire to learn are contagious. Sofia is always willing to speak up and help her teachers or peers when needed, which makes her a reliable leader. All of her teachers are very proud of her growth in all genres of dance she studies. Sofia is becoming a very strong artist and we cannot wait to see all she accomplishes. Plus, she’ll be joining us at Celebrity Dance Competition to compete for the first time in our new teen large group!
