We are proud to announce today is The Daily Toreador’s birthday!

It’s been 97 eventful years since the first issue was printed on Oct. 3, 1925. The first name of the publication was “The Toreador” and it was a 4-page, 6-column tabloid printed by the Lubbock Journal, now known as the lubbockajmedia 

We hope to round out The DT’s first century of existence by continuing to serve the Red Raider community for the next three years and beyond!
