🙋 Say hi to Raechel Wastesicoot (wolfwmnbeads), a mixed Mohawk beadworker and #CreateSpaceResidency artist. 

Her contemporary beadwork style follows a teaching passed down to her – from the land, for the land, and by the land – featuring upcycled, vintage, and harvested materials. 

🌏 With land and sustainability at the centre of her practice, Raechel mindfully works to minimize her environmental impact. As a result, her artwork often highlights gifts from the land, like antlers, fur, or hides.

✨We look forward to seeing Raechel bring beading into the public realm with Critical Mass and CN Railway.
