Join us for a Self-Defense Workshop Series, hosted by the Club Sports Martial Arts committee! As part of Celebrate EveryBODY Week, our clubs will teach self-defense techniques featuring a new martial arts style each day. 

• Tae Kwon Do: Tuesday, 2/27 @ 5:30-7PM
• Aikido: Wednesday, 2/28 @ 6:30-8PM
• Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Thursday, 2/29 @ 7:30-9PM
• Judo: Friday, 3/1 @ 5:30-7PM

Workshops all take place in SPH169 in the School of Public Health. No registration required - join us to learn new skills and leave feeling empowered. We hope to see you there!
