This week’s spotlight is on Emily Gayton! Over the summer she’s been assisting Dr. Myrna Perez-Sheldon in research and archival organization. 
“I've spent the last three summers traveling, so when COVID-19 happened, I had to make waves at home. I spent this summer as an apprentice for the director of my scholars' program and training to be a Thirst Project Ambassador. That means my summer looks like a lot of days in front of my computer where I contribute to research for Dr. Sheldon's book, and learn how to activate the next generation of world changers.”
