Teaming up with adidasfootball to Launch #MerkyFC in response to the huge deficit of Black Leaders in the World’s Game, only 6.7% of leadership positions in football are held by people of Black Heritage. The partnership creates a multi-year career program, and opportunities for those who do not currently have fair access and representation within the industry.
