On Fridays, we post a new activity as seen through the lenses of the 34 themes/strengths. Meant to be playful and informative, we hope to provide insights into this valuable assessment tool.

THIS MONTH: The #CliftonStrengths GO ON VACATION
THIS WEEK: The Executing Domain

ACHIEVER: Has a list of attractions they want to see and BY GOD THEY WILL SEE THEM

ARRANGER: Has plenty of activities planned for vacation

BELIEF: Visits sites that are important to their loved ones

CONSISTENCY: Finds a restaurant they like and sticks with it

DELIBERATIVE: Has been thinking about a vacation for a couple of years now...

DISCIPLINE: Vacation is planned and everyone has a printed itinerary from which we do not deviate

FOCUS: Can't think of anything else but vacation

RESPONSIBILITY: Makes sure they handle their part of the planning early

RESTORATIVE: Is always thinking about how to make vacation even better
