Welcome to the @CliftonStrengths collab between Gallup-Certified coaches @breyeschow and @tiffany_flaming_consulting. 

On Fridays, we post a new activity as seen through the lenses of the 34 themes/strengths. Meant to be playful and informative, we hope to provide insights into this valuable assessment tool.

THIS MONTH: The #CliftonStrengths GO ON VACATION
THIS WEEK: The Relationship Building Domain

ADAPTABILITY: Zero plans. Literally heads to the airport without a ticket

CONNECTEDNESS: Plans a trip that includes some volunteer work

DEVELOPER: Helped the person at the front desk map out their career path and prep for their next job interview

EMPATHY: Picks a trip that makes everyone feel their best

HARMONY: Does what everyone else wants to do and has a great time

INCLUDER: Can't afford to go on vacation because they keep feeding everyone

INDIVIDUALIZATION: Makes sure that everyone gets to do everything that each person is interested in doing

POSITIVITY: Has so many great things to say about the upcoming trip. They CANNOT WAIT! 

RELATOR: Only travels with a few close friends or family
