Wow, just wow. If you get a chance to see An Evening with @johnlegend do. There were tickets still available to off to the @greekberkeley I went and I was not disappointed. 

Sidebar: I began my Berkeley evening with a little reminiscing. Over 30 years ago when @robin_pugh
and we had just began dating, many a meal and drink were shared at Blondies Pizza and Caffe Trada.

Back to the concert. John was everything I had hoped he would be. For nearly three hours with just him and a piano, he shared his personal story and commitment to justice with humor, nuance vulnerability, and passion. Of course, the music was astounding, his voice was amazing, and his musicianship was remarkable.

The most amusing part was that I had to sit in between two couples who started getting cuddly just 10 minutes in. It got even more awkward when John told folks that he was getting people warmed up for later and that folks should not waste the opportunity :-)
