Hearing about many, many, many folks testing positive in this latest surge.

Whenever I hear about another loved one testing positive for COVID, a battle ensues within me. I know that they will probably be fine, but I am also forced to recall the death of my grandmother and remember that when I was hospitalized two other people in my circle were as well — and I was the only one to come home.

Feel what you feel, be gentle with yourself, be kind to others, and stay safe out there.
